New throttle body adapter for mating 03-07 Ford Duratec/MZR cable throttle bodies on to DBW (drive by wire) style intake manifolds! Perfect for popular Ford / Mazda MZR Duratec 2.5L I4 swaps!!! Works on single or desirable dual stage manifolds. Not only adapts proper bolt pattern for throttle body install, but offers proper function for an IAC (Idle Air Control) motor. DBW cars DONT have any IAC provision as the throttle body can now handle those duties. Includes all stainless hardware, IAC gasket. Constructed of billet 6061 aluminum and anodized signature purple for good looks and corrosion protection!!! NEW for 2020 Version 2.0 allows REMOTE mounting of IAC for MORE versatility and mounting creativity. Can be plumbed with readily available -6 AN ORB fittings (fittings shown not included).Fits in all 4 clockings to maximize fitment options. Utilizes already large OEM 61mm throttle body. Could be overbored to mate with aftermarket 67mm throttle bodies as well. Due to the large amount of possible engine swap combinations this can be used for, we do not include any type of throttle cable bracket with the kit. keep that in mind when doing your swap.
