The Monitor retrofits to any sump pump, up to and including 1 HP. The Moen Smart Water App provides exact water-level data, monitors for sump pump overdrive, power outages, Wi-Fi status, temperature, humidity, and leaks. If an abnormality or leak is detected, you are alerted through the app or through an audible sump pump alarm to help protect the home from water damage.
