Fire-Resistant Metal Door, REI 120 by Porte Italiane

Our REI 120 fire doors are engineered to withstand fire, maintaining the look of regular internal doors. Upon detecting a fire, the door automatically closes to hinder the spread of flames.

• Doors: Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, press-folded, spot-welded, and reinforced internally. Insulated with treated mineral wool, featuring internal plates for door closer and handle mounting
• Frame: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with seats for heat-expanding and rebate gaskets. Suitable for wall fixing with brackets or dowels, includes removable floor cover strip, plastic strikers, and heat-expanding gaskets
• Hinges: Two three-wing hinges per door leaf. One load-bearing with vertical adjustment, CE marked, rated for 160 kg and 200,000 cycles. One with spring for self-closing
• Rostra: Two safety rostra installed on the hinge side
• Lock: Reversible with latch and central deadbolt, CE marked, compatible with EN 12209. Includes patent key insert and predisposition for European type cylinder
• Panic Handle: Horizontal anodized aluminum bar that engages lever arms to operate the lock
• Identification Plate: Metallic plate displaying door identification data, compliant with regulations
• Finish: Coated with thermoset epoxy-polyester powders at 180°, providing a scratch-resistant surface
